Medialub EX-S is a high-performance chainsaw oil based on mineral oil.
It was especially developed for high speed chainsaws, which are used at championships and competitions.
The low viscosity enables a very low resistance at scribing and an excellent and immediate lubrication of chain and bar. The high dosage of the additive package provides an optimized wetting of metallic surfaces and prevents the break off of the oil film even at very high chain speed.
Due to that not only the wear on the chain, chain sprocket and rail is reduced, but also the engine performance is obtained as good as possible. Due to the high quality of the mineral oils, Medialub EX-S is free of polycyclic and therefore free of hazardous to health aromatics.
Medialub EX-S fulfills also the extreme requirements on the wear protection, shear stability, ageing resistance, and the cold flow properties (setting point approx. – 45 °C, storage at low temperature at -18 °C/24 h passed).
Medialub EX-S cannot be mixed with vegetabile or watermixable oils. The mixing may result in technical defects and/or processing could be considerable more difficult.
Medialub EX-S is not suitable for the use in commercially available chainsaws!
